Makizushi is a type of Japanese sushi roll filled with various fillings. The term makizushi refers to the fact that the sushi is rolled—maki means "to roll," and zushi is the conjugated version of the word. I show what Maki Sushi is and how to make it. Maki rolls or makizushi are cylindrical pieces of vinegared rice and other ingredients wrapped around nori.

Makizushi (巻き寿司, lit. "rolled sushi") is a type of long cylindrical sushi, usually rolled in nori (seaweed) sheets. A thick roll is called 太巻き (Futomaki) and. Steps to make Makizushi (roll sushi):
  1. To make sushi vinegar, place vinegar, sugar, and salt and mix well. Combine sushi vinegar and cooked rice while it is warm in a bowl.
  2. Cut a cucumber into 1cm loong stick.
  3. Spread a bamboo mat and place a sheet of nori on the mat.
  4. Spread the cooked sushi rice on the top of nori.
  5. Place the long cucumber on the end side of nori. Place a immitation crab, boiled eel and whiteradish sprouts on it. Add some fryingfish roe on them.
  6. Roll up the sushirice (step5) with the bamboo mat.
  7. Cut the roll into small pieces. It's done!

This is because these foods are loaded with magnesium, which helps to increase serotonin production. Serotonin is a feel-good substance that dictates to the brain how to feel at any given moment. The more you have of it, the more pleasant you will feel. Nuts, on top of raising your mood, can be a great protein source.

Cold water fish are excellent for eating if you are wanting to combat depression. Tuna, trout, mackerel, herring and wild salmon are all full of omega-3 fatty acids and DHA. These are two things that actually help the grey matter in your brain run a lot better. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can earnestly raise your mood.

Some grains are actually excellent for driving away bad moods. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are terrific at helping you have a happier mood. They help you feel full also which can really help to improve your mood. It’s not hard to feel low when you feel hungry! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are easy for your body to digest and process. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You were sure green tea had to be in this article somewhere, right? Green tea has been found to be packed full of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while at the same loosening up the rest of your body. You were already aware that that green tea helps you feel healthier. Now you are well aware that green tea helps you to lift your moods also!
