  2. Using plastic wrap, squeeze a small amount of sushi rice into a ball (Just squeeze lightly)!
  3. Use 1 slice of cured ham to wrap around the ball of sushi rice. Use another to wrap the other side. (They look like flower petals.)
  4. Top them with onion and mayonnaise. Scatter on radish sprouts for decoration and serve.
