Instructions to make Gizz dodo:
  1. Peel the plantain, dice and fry and keep aside.
  2. Wash the gizzards and dice.
  3. Put to boil, add spices.
  4. Grate onions, chilli, garlic and ginger together.
  5. When the gizzard is done, strain the broth, add little oil and the grated paste.
  6. Stir fry a little and add seasoning and a pinch of salt.
  7. Stir and add the fried plantain.
  8. Add a little amount of water and cook on a low heat.
  9. Chop sweet pepper and add. Cook for 2 mins.
  10. Serve with coconut jullof rice.

Grains can be excellent for overcoming a terrible mood. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all great for helping you be in a happier state of mind. Studies have found that this amino acid essentially induces brain waves. This helps improve your mental acuity while relaxing the rest of your body. You likely already knew it is not difficult to be healthy when you consume green tea. Now you are aware that it helps you to raise your moods also!

So you see, you don’t have to turn to junk food or foods that are bad for you just so to feel better! Try some of these suggestions instead.
