In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder and pepper; sprinkle over mushrooms. Lightly oil shallow baking pan large enough to hold mushrooms in single layer.   7. Springle bread crunb mixture over baked mushroom ,put back in the oven and bake for 5 minutes more until the bread crumb is golden brown.
  8. Serve with greens and enjoy~

Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray. Place mushrooms in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme and Parmesan; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Once the liquid has mostly evaporated, you can transfer the mushrooms and onions to a greased baking dish, top with cheese and bake until the cheese is melted. Place flour in a shallow bowl.
