- Prepare 1/2 kg gizzards
- Take 4 ripe tomatoes
- Get 1 large onion
- Take 4 pieces garlic

- Get 1 dhania
- Prepare Cooking oil

- Get cube Chicken
- Take Spinach and onion
Drain and cool the gizzards In a mixing bowl combine flour, bread crumbs, seasoning salt, paprika and black pepper. Place gizzards in a pot of cold water. Add a layer of gizzards to your deep fryer's basket. I recommend a small test batch for your first time.

- In a sufuria fry onions till golden brown,add mashed garlic and cook for 5mins.
- Add tomatoes,cover sufuria with a lid and let it simmer for 10mins.
- Add the ready gizzards,chopped hoho and dhania let it cook for some minutes.
- Add royco,chicken cube and a little water and salt then cook till ready.
- For the spinach wash and cut into pieces,fry onions and cook the spinach for 5 to 10mins.When ready serve with ugali.Enjoy
