  3. Prepare 1 packet Radish sprouts

Instructions to make Rejuvenating Sesame Marinated Bonito:
  1. Mix all of the ★ ingredients together.
  2. Thickly slice the bonito into 5mm thick pieces. Add the marinade from Step 1, mix it up a bit and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the onion thinly and lightly rinse with water. Cut the radish sprouts in half.
  4. Put on the onion slices at the bottom, bonito on top, and garnish with radish sprouts.

Studies show that this specific amino acid can basically stimulate brain waves. This helps better your mental focus while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body.
