This is by far, my favorite recipe using natto, or fermented soybeans, commonly eaten in Japan for almost any meal. If you are a fan of natto. Instructions to make Natto Spaghetti:
  1. Start cooking spaghetti
  2. Slice the onion. Remove hard tips of mushrooms and slice them.
  3. Stir some natto and then add soy sauce and mixed them up together.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Put the onion and mushrooms, then fry them until the onion becomes translucent. Then add natto, white wine, and chicken consommé powder. Keep frying for another few minutes.
  5. When the spaghetti is ready, put it into the frying pan, and mix them with butter. Add black pepper and salt.
  6. Serve with parsley.
  7. Natto and cheese are good friends. Add some parmesan cheese if you like.

Cold water fish are wonderful for eating if you are wanting to beat back depression. Herring, trout, tuna, wild salmon, and mackerel are all rich in omega-3s and DHA. These are two things that truly help the grey matter in your brain run a lot better. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can earnestly raise your mood.

Some grains are actually excellent for repelling bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really wonderful for helping raise your happiness levels. These grains fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods also. It’s not hard to feel depressed when you feel famished! These grains can improve your mood as it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Your mood could truly be helped by green tea. You knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is found to be chock-full of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid actually stimulates brain waves. This will better your brain’s concentration while at the same loosening up the rest of your body. You were already aware that green tea could help you become healthier. Now you are well aware that green tea helps you to elevate your moods too!

So you see, you don’t need junk food or foods that are not good for you just so to feel better! Try some of these tips instead.
