The ingredients needed to make AMIEs CORN SOUP (GULAY NA MAIS):
  1. Get 2 tbsp cooking oil
  2. Get 3 clove garlic, crushed
  3. Get 1 onion, sliced thin
  4. Get 1/4 kg shrimps, sliced
  5. Prepare 2 cup shrimp stock
  6. Make ready 1 cup young corn, first slice from cob and scrape
  7. Prepare 2 tbsps.patis or 1 tbsp. salt
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup pepper leaves (sili leaves)

  1. Saute garlic. When golden brown, add onions and shrimps. Add shrimp stock and bring to a boil.
  2. Add scraped corn and simmer until the corn is cooked. Add seasonings.
  3. Add green pepper leaves. Continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes before removing from fire. Serve hot.

These are two things that promote the quality and the function of your brain’s gray matter. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can actually help you overcome depression.

It’s not difficult to fight your bad mood when you are eating grains. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are great at helping you have a happier mood. These foods can help you feel full for longer too, which is a mood improver. Feeling hungry can be terrible! The reason these grains are so wonderful for your mood is that they are not difficult for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your blood sugar which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You were simply waiting to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea has been found to be packed full of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have shown that this amino acid basically induces brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while at the same time calming your body. You already knew green tea could help you become healthier. And now you are aware that it can help you be happier too!
