  9. Prepare Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup Soy sauce 2 tbs
  10. Get Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
  11. Make ready Hara pyaz (Green onion) ½ Cup Mayonnaise 3/4 Cup
  12. Prepare Tomato ketchup 4-5 tbs Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
  13. Prepare Hot sauce 1 tbs Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1/4 tsp
  14. Get Cooking oil 2 tbs Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
  15. Take Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs Chawal (Rice) basmati ½

  6. Add red chilli crushed,mix well and fry for 1-2 minutes & set aside. - - In serving dish,add boiled rice,red chilli+garlic tadka,cooked vegetables,cooked tandoori chicken and drizzle prepared sauce & serve
