  1. Prepare 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  2. Get 1/2 cup water

  4. Get 3 tbs black sesame seed

  6. Prepare 3 tbs unsalted butter (softened, not melt)

  8. Make ready 2 " ginger (skin off)
  9. Take 2 cups palm sugar (I used jaggery, coz no palm sugar here)
  10. Take 2 pandan leaves
  11. Make ready 3 cups water
Steps to make Black Sesame Dumplings (Tang Yuan):
  1. Roast sesame seed on a pan in very low heat in 7 minutes (keep eye on it, make sure it's not burn) and remove from heat.
  2. Grind roasted sesame in food processor until find add palm sugar and butter (do not melt the butter)
  3. Mix well rice flour and 1/2 cup of boiled water and knead dough just 5 - 10 minutes until no more stick to your hand. And cover with plastic so it will not dry.
  4. Rolled up the toasted sesame and make it into balls. (approximately as big as marble) and keep it on the fridge up to 1 or 2 hours until set.
  5. Take the rice flour dough and flatten with your hand and fill with the filling. And closed the dough over the filling. When it's done just cover with plastic so it won't dry.
  6. Make a ginger syrup, with fill 3 cups of water on a sauce pan together with 2 cups palm sugar and ginger, and pandan leaves bring it to boil.
  7. Now in the other sauce pan, boiled 4 cup water and bring it to boil, and add the dough in the boiling water. Cook until it floats.
  8. Serve the balls with ginger syrup when it's still hot. Enjoy!

It’s not hard to drive away your bad mood when you consume grains. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are great at helping you have a happier mood. They help you feel full as well which can truly help to better your mood. Feeling famished can truly bring you down! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are not hard for your body to digest and process. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your glucose levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You were just anticipating to read that, weren’t you? Green tea has been found to be chock-full of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine.
