  11. Prepare 1/2 Cup Bean Sprouts [left whole]
  12. Get 1 LG Jalapeño [sliced]
  13. Take 2 tbsp Garlic Siracha Sauce [or sweet chile sauce]
  14. Get 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  15. Prepare 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
  16. Prepare 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  17. Get 2 tbsp Siracha Sauce
  18. Prepare 1 tbsp Quality Fish Sauce
  19. Get 1/2 Lime [juiced + wedges for serving]
  20. Prepare 1/2 Cup Fresh Snap Peas [optional - not pictured]

Added an egg, more vegies (carrots, shitake mushrooms, snow peas). A tad too spicy will probably put less siracha sauce next time but it is. Wait, they are actually all tied. But nonetheless, Thai noodles are a huge favorite at our house.

Instructions to make Mike's Spicy Thai Sobe Shrimp Noodles:
  1. Here's all you'll need.
  2. Chop all vegetables.
  3. Place everything in a pot. Except for noodles and shrimp. Bring veggies, spices and broth to a steady boil.
  4. Once at a boil - add noodles. Boil for 3 minutes.
  5. Add pre-steamed shrimp, bring back to a boil and boil about 1 minute longer. Stir regularly as these noodles will thicken quickly. Know that you're only heating your shrimp.
  6. Serve spicy noodles hot with sides of fresh lime wedges, Thai Basil, Cilantro, Soy Sauce, Siracha, Siracha Garlic Chile Sauce and Fish Sauce.
