  11. Finally add in the shredded dhania. Serve and enjoy with ugali

Clean the gizzard and boil (with knorr, salt, and any seasoning of your choice) until soft. You can make the stew with the boiled gizzards like that or bake/fry, I baked them. Studies have found that this particular amino acid can actually stimulate brain waves. This helps better your mental acuity while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body. You knew green tea could help you feel better. And now you are aware that green tea can help raise your mood as well!
