The ingredients needed to make Goat Potato Curry:
  1. Take 500 grams Goat meat with bones
  2. Take 2 piece Potatoes big size
  3. Take 4 piece Onion chopped
  4. Make ready 1 head Garlic chopped (whole bulb)
  5. Take 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  6. Take 2 piece Tomato chopped
  7. Take 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  10. Make ready 2 tsp Red chilli powder or as u can bear
  11. Prepare Salt
  12. Take 4 Cardamon green
  13. Take 4 Cloves
  14. Take 2 stick Cinnamon
  15. Take 2 Bay leaf
  16. Take 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions to make Goat Potato Curry:
  1. Wash goat meat pieces n keep aside.
  2. Take a pressure cooker.. Heat on fire.. Pour oil.. Let it heat.. Add Cardamom, Clove, cinnamon n Bay leaf.. Saute it for two minutes..
  3. Add chopped onion.. Saute it till transparent.. Now add Goat meat pieces.. Add all remaining ingredients..except potatoes… Mix well.. Keep flame medium. For ten minutes.. Stir continuously.
  4. Now do flame low n keep the lid.. Don't keep whistle. Cook in low flame till all meat pieces start to release oil.
  5. Meanwhile peel the potatoes and cut into half.. Wash it n fry it in another pan till lil brown.
  6. When meat starts to release oil add potatoes.. Mix well.. Add water as u need gravy bt potatoes and meat should be dip in water.
  7. Close the lid.. Keep whistle on the lid.. Give two whistle..
  8. Keep it for cooling.. Now open the lid.. If gravy is thin then cook more to thick gravy bt take out potatoes then cook..
  9. Now its done fully add potatoes again.. Serve with steamed rice or Indian flat bread.
