The ingredients needed to make chicken parmesan:
  1. Prepare 1 cup bread crumbs
  2. Take 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  5. Take 2 tbsp olive garden house dressing
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp italian herbs (to taste)
  7. Get 1 salt
  8. Make ready 1 box desired pasta
  9. Prepare 1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
  10. Get 1 favorite cheese to sprinkle on top

Place slices of mozzarella on top of chicken. In a shallow bowl, combine butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Place bread crumbs and cheese in another shallow bowl. Spread out to cover the whole bottom of the pan.

Instructions to make chicken parmesan:
  1. preheat oven to 350°. Mix butter and dressing in bowl with salt to taste.
  2. Mix bread crumbs, seasonings, and parmesan in separate bowl or bag
  3. dip chicken in dressing mixture and then to bread crumb mixture. place in ungreased 9x13 pan. drizzle remaining dressing over chicken
  4. bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through
  5. while chicken is baking heat sauce and towards the end of the bake begin boiling water for the pasta. Follow directions on box for said pasta.
  6. serve with chicken atop the pasta and sauce. Pour additional sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. enjoy!

Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that actually help the grey matter in your brain run a lot better. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can seriously raise your mood.

It’s not difficult to drive away your bad mood when you are eating grains. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really great for helping boost your happiness levels. These foods fill you up better and that can help you with your moods too. Feeling hungry can be awful! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are easy to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your blood sugar which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is truly great for your mood. You just knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is rich in a specific amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid essentially stimulates brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while at the same calming the rest of your body. You already knew green tea could help you be healthier. Now you know that green tea can improve your mood also!

As you can see, you don’t need to eat junk food or foods that are bad for you just so to feel better! Try a few of these tips instead.
